I literally can not say enough about Debbie! I am almost 27 now, I was 25 when I began looking for a house. I originally called Debbie to look at a property she had listed, she politely said to me 'you sound so young and this house is going to need some work I don't want to see you have to do all that I can hear you are young in your voice'. I called her back the next day and said OK but can you be my agent. Buying a home is a HUGE a scary commitment, Debbie made everything super easy, understandable and most importantly she was trustworthy. Debbie is truly a caring, super friendly and helpful person and never once did I question any advice she gave me. Debbie was patient, always responded to my emails/texts that day and had me in to view all the houses I chose within that week. Debbie is seriously amazing and if I ever move, I will use her without a doubt. I can not state enough how caring and genuine Debbie is and goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy!

My wife and I uprooted from Florida to New Jersey looking to buy our first home together, and Debbie made the process as easy as it could have ever been. I would like to inform anyone who is looking to sell or buy a home, look no further. Berkshire Hathaway Fox and Roach has an agent named Debbie Hales who has a professionalism that made my wife and I feel as if we were her only client. Debbie knew us as soon as she met us, she knew her job and the territory we were searching in. We never felt pressure and knew when we parted ways for the day that Debbie was still searching for us. She kept us in the loop at all times. I truely wish we could have used her as our selling agent as well. If you are moving to the south Jersey area i strongly suggest you recruit Debbie as your buying agent.
